Background
For years, our firm has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning.
Our Mission

Our Team
Timothy P. Clifford, CPA
Managing Shareholder. A graduate of New Mexico State University, Tim has been a CPA (certified in both New Mexico and Texas) since 1975. Tim has been active in various organizations, including The El Paso Jaycees (past president), The El Paso Red Cross (past board member), Leadership El Paso (past participant), the Sun Carnival Association, United Way of El Paso, El Paso Chamber of Commerce (Amigos), El Paso Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors), First Interstate Bank (Advisory Director), El Paso Crime Stoppers, Las Cruces Healthcare Foundation (past Board Member), and the Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce Conquistadors.
Rodney I. Ross, CPA
Shareholder. A graduate of New Mexico State University, Rod has been a CPA (certified in both New Mexico and Texas) since 1977. Rod has been active in various organizations including, The El Paso Jaycees (past president and board member), past president and treasurer for The Area Health Education Center (a grant administered for the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center), The El Paso Zoological Society (past board member), El Paso Red Cross (past board member), Leadership El Paso (past participant), the First Baptist Church Finance Committee (past member), El Paso Chamber of Commerce (Amigos), El Paso Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), First Tee of Greater El Paso (former Board Member), and volunteered for the Sun Carnival Association. He is currently active on The First Baptist Church of El Paso Foundation Board, the New Mexico State University Athletic Hall of Fame Committee, and a Board Member of the Aggie Sports Association.
Denise S. Cooper, CPA, MBA
Shareholder. Denise is a graduate of New Mexico State University, with a Masters degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and undergraduate degrees in both Accounting and German. She has been a CPA (certified in both New Mexico and Texas) since 1988. She worked for an electric utility for ten years before beginning her public accounting career 12 years ago. Denise is active in several civic organizations including Boy Scouts of America, the Womens Information Network, Junior League of Las Cruces, and the Mesilla valley Rotary Club.
Paul E. Raudenbush, CPA
Shareholder. Paul is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. After serving 20 years as a fighter pilot in the Air Force, he went on to serve as Controller for a manufacturing company and as Controller for a retail department store chain. Paul has been a CPA (Certified in both New Mexico and Texas) since 1981. He has been active in civic organizations, including The Rotary Club of East El Paso, National Ski Patrol since 1968, El Paso Chapter of the American Red Cross (past board member), and is past President of Vista Hills Country Club.
Lupe Campa (El Paso)
Office Manager. Lupe has been with our firm since 1981 and has more than 30 years of public accounting experience. She is in charge of our bookkeeping department and helps run the tax department, where she has vast experience. She is capable and available to assist you in your place of business or in our office with any questions you may have concerning your business.
Berta Debraal (Las Cruces)
Office Manager. Berta is a graduate of the Business College of Colorado and has been with the firm since 1980. We call her the heart of our Las Cruces office because, over her many years of service, she has maintained close contact with all of our Las Cruces clients and has a wonderful relationship with them. With over thirty years in the accounting business, she keeps the office running efficiently, and you will find Berta very capable and helpful in meeting your needs.
Judi Monet (El Paso/Las Cruces)
Marketing Director. Judi attended New Mexico State University and was with the firm when the Las Cruces office opened in January of 1976. After leaving the firm in 1993 to manage another family business, she returned to the firm in 2004. With over twenty-five years in accounting, Judi enjoys assisting our clients and promoting our firm in El Paso and Las Cruces.
Patricia A. Alston, CPA (El Paso)
Accountant, Tax Staff. A graduate of Methodist College, Pat has been an accountant since 1973 and joined Raudenbush, Alston & Co, PC in July 1994. She became a CPA in 1993 after passing all four parts of the CPA exam on her first try. Only the top 5% to 10% of all Certified Public Accountants accomplish this. Pat has been active in youth soccer administration.
David A. Diffenderfer, CPA (El Paso)
Accountant, Audit Staff. Dave is a graduate of Stanford University, with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and was the financial officer for three corporations. Dave has been an accountant since 1979. He retired as a Captain from Continental Airlines and has served as Director of Flight Operations for the El Paso Amigo Airsho since 1987.
Eric Cardona (Las Cruces)
Accountant, Audit Staff. Eric is an accounting graduate of New Mexico State University. He has joined the company from State Farm Insurance, where he provided exceptional service to clients with a need for insurance products. He brings a strong client service background to the accounting industry, along with an extensive education in accounting.
Sharon Carrillo (Las Cruces)
Accountant, Tax Staff. Sharon joined our Las Cruces staff in January 2007. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science at the University of New Mexico and her MPA in Public Administration at the University of Virginia. Sharon is currently finishing her accounting course requirements at NMSU to sit for the CPA exam. Sharon prepares personal and corporate tax returns as well as doing our tax research for the Las Cruces office.
Rosa Martinez, MBA (El Paso)
Accountant, Tax Staff. Rosa is a graduate of University of Phoenix, holding a Bachelors degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting and a Masters degree in Business Administration. She has been with our firm for over 12 years. Rosa has vast experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and in preparing a variety of income tax returns. Rosa offers assistance in-house and in-the-field to business clients especially with QuickBooks support.
Ryan Ross (El Paso)
Accountant, Tax Staff. A graduate of New Mexico State University, Ryan has been in accounting and finance for over 10 years. He is currently enjoying his second stint with CRRC. He has worked as the financial officer of a local not-for-profit, financial advisor for a national brokerage firm, and a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 company in Dallas. Ryan has an extensive background in many aspects of business and personal finances, which has made his transition back into public accounting a very easy one. He is currently preparing for the CPA exam. Ryan is currently the treasurer on the Board of Directors of First Tee of Greater El Paso.
Lupita Zaragoza (El Paso/Las Cruces)
Accountant, Audit Staff. Lupita obtained her accounting and business degree from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She is working on completing her graduate studies in accounting en route to becoming a CPA. Lupita's main focus is in audits, reviews, and compilations, primarily for non-profit organizations.
Jacob Reese (Las Cruces)
Accountant, Audit Staff. Jacob is an accounting graduate of New Mexico State University. He is currently working towards his Masters of Accountancy from NMSU and preparing to take the CPA exam. Jacob is part of the audit department in our Las Cruces office and is also proficient in preparing tax returns during tax season. His dry sense of humor keeps us entertained in the Las Cruces office. Jacob and his wife are expecting their first child.
Armida Aguirre (El Paso)
Bookkeeper. Armida is agraduate of Durham Business College. She has 16 years of bookkeeping experience. She has been with Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush and Cooper, LLC since 1997. She is vital to the bookkeeping department and prepares corporate as well as personal returns for her clients. She offers assistance to business clients from basic bookkeeping duties to setting up client's bookkeeping system.
Laura Alday (El Paso)
Bookkeeper. Laura is a graduate of EPCC with an associates degree in accounting. She has 15 years of experience in accounting and takes care of the firm's billing as well as client payroll services. Laura has a very outgoing personality and is eager to assist our clients. She is proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
Elizabeth Sury (Las Cruces)
Bookkeeper. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and joined our firm in 2006. She assists our clients in prepration of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Elizabeth performs bookkeeping and payroll services for our clients as well as in-house and on-site assistance.
Lupe Chavira (El Paso)
Collections Manager. Lupe has been with the firm since 2001. She is experienced in bookkeeping and proficient in multiple computer applications with an emphasis on database/accounting support such as Quickbooks and Peachtree. Her primary responsibilities include the recording of all financial transactions undertaken in her clients' business and their payroll.
Deborah Anderson (El Paso)
Administrative Assistant/Payroll. Debbie has been with the El Paso office for over 15 years. During tax season, she helps process/assemble tax returns as well as answering phones and greeting clients. After being in business for herself preparing medical insurance billing for 10 years, she is now currently working in our payroll department where she performs all payroll functions for our clients along with filing all quarterly and annual reports.
Alice Rangel (El Paso)
Administrative Assistant. Alice is a relative newcomer to our office; she started in December of last year... just in time for our busiest time of year! Alice handles all incoming calls to our office. She is also our tax clerk, purchasing agent, marketing assistant, and all-around general office clerk.
LeAndra Woolf (Las Cruces)
Administrative Assistant. LeAndra joined our staff in March of 2010. Originally from Truth or Consequences, she attended NMSU and has worked in several industries in Las Cruces. LeAndra's sunny disposition, efficiency, and take-charge attitude keeps our Las Cruces office running in top form!
